Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As someone who travels with a pet, I was pleased to find a secure hotel with spacious grounds, allowing my furry friend to roam freely. The hotel's location in a picturesque setting provided me with stunning views of the surrounding area. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the breakfast served on the sunny terrace was simply delightful, with a variety of fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and tasty main dishes.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and the cozy rooms and beautiful grounds added to the overall charm. The breakfast on the sunny terrace with a stunning view was the perfect start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The view from the hotel room was just breathtaking and we really enjoyed the terrace. It was nice to finally relax and unwind. the staff went out of their way to satisfy our needs which was great.

The location of the hotel made it extremely inconvenient. We didn't have a car and the transportation in the area was very scarce which made it difficult for us to explore the surroundings.

Nestled in a serene landscape, this hotel offers a unique escape amidst nature. the rooms are quaint and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities like a fireplace and TV. the staff members offer excellent service, with special mention of Hugo for his attentiveness and hospitality. Breakfast at the top of the hotel offers a stunning view of the lake and volcano. the pool table and BBQ on-site make it worth the stay.

The hotel lacked high-speed internet, which could be inconvenient for business travelers or those who need to stay connected.

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great breakfast with scenic views. The staff was very helpful and made our stay a good one. We liked that it was away from the busy center of town, but still close enough to visit easily by car. the location and atmosphere were very relaxing.

We were not impressed with the lack of attention to detail with the cleanliness of our room. The linens and towels were not changed during our stay and the room had a strange odor.
